Eva called me when I was still undecided about what to do in my situation concerning my town house and my age and health. She was an excellent sounding board for me as I struggled with this decision. Eva is a fantastic broker! Generally speaking, I am skeptical of brokers and the added value they can bring to a transaction, but Eva really changed my mind. Eva was very knowledgeable about the area where we were trying to buy, and really showed us a good variety of places. She actually found the place we ended up buying--an incredible deal, and something we'd missed in our own search! Eva is also someone who won't pressure you into paying too much or doing something you don't want to do.
