I really dont know where to start as far as writing a review or putting words on paper or in the form of text there really needs to be an award show or ceremony where I can give testimony of my experience with Eva. In a world where customer service and quality of work or even the act of caring for others seems to be disappearing fast Eva showed up and put all my faith back into humanity. I actually had another realtor that assisted me in buying a home back in 2014, but fast forward to 2022 and I had to fire him for reasons stated above. The clock in my head was ticking bad for me to sell my home with interest rates rising, etc and to not be tied down to 2 properties and thank God he brought me Eva. I had another place I was working on to move into so I had a lot on my plate and was stressed, but the very day she came to view my property she put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on other things without completely worrying about selling my home. Many people are able to talk a good game and say things that may in the beginning make you trust them, but with Eva it was not about just talking , she says what she means and does what she says. She was all about Action. Shes petite in size, but her tenacity at helping her clients is huge. Plain and simple she will fight for you as her client so much so you start to think shes family or a super close friend. I'm somewhat a overthinker , but In the beginning she told me not to worry and throughout as I normally do found things to continue to ponder over, but just as consistently as I did that she was there to let me know things were gonna go just fine and to take things easy and not do so much and again not to worry things will work out and they did. She was always extremely prompt at answering back anytime you needed to ask a question and thats rare with the rest of these agents. She was always calling or texting with updates the minute she got any new info to give and it was just amazing watching her work, I expected at some point her fire would simmer down, but ohh no ! She stayed consistent and Its just very rare to see nowadays. She was always coming up with new strategies and great ideas and as I said continued to put me at ease about any push back from the lawyers of the buyers, or anything that came up. Just Truly God sent and a beautiful soul indeed ! Like I said waaaaay up above theres truly not enough words or ways to express how great Eva Diaz is as an agent. If there was a hall of fame for agents shes in with out a doubt. I tried giving her gifts after my home was sold to thank her for the beautiful experience but its not enough so if you want a super great agent to fight till the end to get you what you want Eva Diaz is that person indeed.

She was quick at responding to all questions even through a few of the hick-ups no-one foreseen coming. I would highly recommend Eva to anyone looking to sell or buy. Unfortunately, I had a different realtor assist me with selling my original property who toward the end of the sale ghosted out on me and she was never heard from again! Honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Eva was literally on top of everything and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. She knew a lot about the location we were looking in and understood our size and price needs. She didnt show us anything out of our price range nor outside of our desired size or outside of our search areas. She also understood our time constraints and actually helped us find a place that needed no additional work not had anything that would stall the buying process. Because of he, we had something we wanted on our first day of viewing properties, and we were able to immediately put in an offer. Within the same day it was accepted, and the inspection happened the next business day. She helped everything go so quickly and smoothly that we could have closed 3-4 weeks early, had the seller been ready. She was also incredibly kind and personable. We would easily recommend her to anyone.
