Eva is very professional, knowledgeable, organized, and personable. She was always available to us and would always respond to email / calls promptly. She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we had questions, she would provide her personal/professional opinion, and still not pressure, but advise. A real estate transaction is ultimately a business transaction, and some agents treat the entire process as purely business, very cold, impersonal and all-business. Eva is not like that. She is able to maintain a nice balance between personal and professional demeanor. Her negotiations were also very good. Was able to secure for us what we wanted out of our transaction, which at the initiation of the transaction seemed out of reach.
