Excellent Seller Experience!! Highly Recommended. Eugenie and Allison were such a aEURoeprofessionalaEUR? and aEURoeefficientaEUR? team from start to finish. We had an excellent and pleasant experience with them as the listing agents for our Irvine home. They gave us their honest opinions on ways we could best make sure our home was well-represented before putting it on the market. They hired an outstanding staging company and a highly skilled photographer to convert our home to a luxury and elegant estate. Within 5 days on the market, there were 11 offers already and all were well above our listing price. It turned out that we closed the escrow in 19 days (from the day on the market to close) with a 5%+ cash deal and the per footage price is the highest and well above in our neighborhood so far.
