Joane was our realtor in this transaction and we couldn't be happier with her service! She was knowledgeable and skilled in her work and simplified the process for us as first time homebuyers who didn't know much about the buying process. She was flexible with us when we traveled on vacation just before closing and even found us a lender that saved us money when our initial lender fell through. This was arranged while we were abroad.
