Eugene Gilyutin

Gene is a 1994 graduate of the University at Albany with a BS degree in Mathematics. He also has an MBA from Baruch College in New York City. He brings substantial experience in customer service, sales, technology, and finance along with operations management. Gene spent seven years at Medtronic, the pacemaker company, as a software engineer, traveling throughout the world, supporting both the sales team as well as customers using Medtronic products. Following Medtronic, Gene worked as an investment banker at Cornell Capital Partners, a US-based private equity fund, cultivating relationships with officers of publicly traded companies. Gene was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and moved to the U.S. when he was three years old. Growing up with Russian parents and speaking fluent Russian, he learned at an early age to appreciate and respect not only local cultures but all cultures. Gene is an integral part of the Hampton Estates team, bringing an unprecedented wealth of practical customer experience, varied education, and numerous past connections. His attention to detail and work ethic are key reasons for his success. Gene also has a GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors (Green Resource Council) and is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
