Ethan is a very patient man. As we all know the market for buyers has just been brutal but Ethan kept at it. It took him almost a full year to find us our new home. One of our favorite things about Ethan is he listens to his clients. We were looking to buy a home an 8 hour round trip from where we were currently living. We dealt with a few others that would have us make that trip only to find the house they had us drive all that way to see was nothing like we told them we were looking for. Ethan took the time to learn the background, condition and potential buying terms of the property before making any trips saving everyone time and money. He walked us through a few of them on video phone chats so that we could rule some in or out without leaving our living room. Once we found the home we wanted to buy we were extremely impressed with Ethans negotiating skills. Some houses are currently selling for 20 or 30K over asking price and Ethan was able to close the deal on our new home for under asking price. Unheard of these days!!
