Maurice showed us the houses we wanted to see, got us into our final purchased home with no problem for inspections, and even found us men to help us move. Since he had worked in construction for many years, he pointed things out to us that we wouldn't have known about if he hadn't told us. He was a very capable, knowledgable, and reliable realtor.
