Estevan focuses to assist clients with achieving financial growth and portfolio diversification. In his first year alone he was able to exclusively represent many companies with expansion efforts and manage purchase transactions totaling over $10MM. He plays an active role with underwriting assets for Bounat and his clients. Estevan studied Economics at the University of South Florida which provided a strong basis covering all aspects of commercial real estate. With his knowledge of the industry growing daily, his future is bright in commercial real estate and a valued Bounat team leader. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Estevan is a Tampa area native who enjoys soccer, fishing and spending time with family.
