The fulfilling joy of seeing a person's reaction to their future home--that's why I'm in this business. My name is Esteban Rivera of Premier Key Realty, and my goal is to make your real estate transaction as stress-free as possible. When I'm not spending time with my family or riding my motorcycle, I'm working hard on providing my clients with information--keeping them up to date with all the options available and advising them on making the best choice for their lives. In 1989, I came to the United States as a teenager from Puerto Rico. After settling in east Orlando, I joined the Army as a helicopter mechanic. It was my duty to take apart and reassemble the helicopters as a Black Hawk Crew Chief for intermediate maintenance. My love for machinery inspired me to study electrical engineering at Valencia through VA, where I earned my Bachelor's degree. My interest in investment properties and desire to work with people is what brought me to real estate--and my knowledge of handling many working parts was a plus. My journey with the housing industry began with my own start-up, Rivera Foam and Trim, where I helped homeowners bump up their curb appeal on a dime with architectural foam. Then I decided to transition from assisting homeowners to helping create homeowners. I began working in real estate in 2016 and have earned the following certifications: C2EX (NAR Commitment to Excellence), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ACE (Accredited Closing Expert), NHCB (New Home Co-Broker), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), C-RETS (Certified Real Estate Team Specialist), Gold Key (Excellence in Professionalism), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource).
