ZillowVERIFIEDErin helped our family buy a cabin earlier this year. Due to the distance away from where she normally conducts business, the property was not even listed in her MLS. She recommended that we go see the property together before putting in an offer. It was a 2.5 hour drive one way. She never complained once and was consummate professional. While putting in the offer she gave her recommendations, but continued to let us know that it was our offer and completely up to us. She never once was pushy or hard to deal with... even when I know we were at times. She and the lender (who she did not know before this transaction) worked amazingly close together to overcome an inept and, for some reason, disinterested listing agent. Erin ended up driving 10 hours over the course of this cabin purchase and never complained once. As a business owner myself I know that spending a lot of time on one client can sometime be frustrating as tasks at the office continue to mount from due outs to other clients. She treated us like we were her priority each and every second that she was with us.This was the second property that Erin has assisted us with in the past five years and I can say that our family will never seek assistance from another realtor.
