Erin helped our family buy a cabin earlier this year. Due to the distance away from where she normally conducts business, the property was not even listed in her MLS. She recommended that we go see the property together before putting in an offer. It was a 2.5 hour drive one way. She never complained once and was consummate professional. While putting in the offer she gave her recommendations, but continued to let us know that it was our offer and completely up to us. She never once was pushy or hard to deal with... even when I know we were at times.
