We had the pleasure of working with Sara to sell our 1st home, buy our 2nd home, and sell our 2nd home. All 3 experiences were excellent and went smoothly. She was understanding and patient while we searched to find a house, which took 9+ months. She was always good at getting us in quickly to look at a new option that popped up in the "crazy COVID market." We finally found a house and escrow went smoothly. Once we were in escrow, Sara turned around and quickly sold our current house. We ended up posting that one on a Thurs and accepted an offer Mon. And it close shortly after we moved out, so excellent timing. A few years later, we decided to move out of state, so we contacted Sara again to sell our house. While the market slowed down people looking for homes, it wasn't too long before everything was back into escrow again. She even wrapped up the final stages after we had moved away. We love Sara's communication and her personality, honesty, and reliability was great to work with. Our inlaws also used her to buy/sell a house with a great experience too.
