Erin was originally the sellers' agent when I bought this condo over 10 years ago, so I thought she was a natural choice for my agent when I decided to sell. She and her team worked tirelessly in ensuring the sale completed successfully. The preparation process was seamless - her team was able to coordinate multiple vendors (staging, inspection, cleaning, etc.) in a timely fashion. We went from a signed listing agreement to launching a beautifully staged unit on MLS in 10 days. Erin held 7 open house events during the 12 days the property was on the market. Each showing drew as many as 20-30 interested parties. Her team provided detailed summaries after each open house. On the offer deadline, our condo received multiple competitive offers and Erin led negotiations to maximize value and certainty to closing. In total, the entire process from engaging with Erin to close of escrow was 7 weeks.
