We have now worked with Erin twice. She helped us purchase our home and later sell our home. I cant imagine working with anyone else now! She is incredible. If youre looking for someone knowledgeable, diligent, and kind, shes your girl. If she doesnt know an answer (but she usually does), she doesnt relax until she finds it out for you. You will always feel like youre being taken care of and your needs come first. I seriously cant say enough great things about Erin Swenson!

Erin has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I cant recommend her highly enough! She helped me file home warranty paperwork because of an issue with our dishwasher. There was an issue with a fireplace (that wasnt disclosed at closing), she emailed the home info to an attorney. Our fence was apparently on another landowner property, and helped resolve this issue (multiple visits to our property, took care of all correspondence with the other landowners). Really, she has gone way above and beyond for me. She has a lifetime customer.

Erin did an outstanding job helping us sell our last house and purchase our current house. She was helpful from the very beginning with tips on how to stage our house, the beautiful photos and through the closings of both houses. Erin was referred to me by my Daughter who had received Erin's guidance in purchasing a home in 2017. Since I was moving to the Waunakee area, I decided to contact Erin and I must say, I am very glad I did. From the very first meeting, she was able to make this home-search process an enjoyable experience. No matter how many questions I had, no matter how spur-of-the-moment my schedule was, Erin was always at the ready. For my situation, this was vital as I lived 3 hours away and had a very narrow window for viewings. Yet, Erin was able to make things happen. I am now living in the home that was meant for me and my family. She kept my eyes (and her's) on the prize...and it was a great success! Our entire home buying process was fun, exciting and efficient when working with Erin! She listened to our list of must haves and sent us homes that fit the bill whenever they came up. When touring houses, she was honest and helped answer any questions we had (and as first time home buyers-- we had a lot!). We LOVE Erin's drive and passion to support local veterans and first responders. We participated in the Homes for Heroes program that Erin is affiliated with and appreciated the savings this provided us.
