About Erin Mehojah

Hello, my name is Erin Mehojah, and I am with EXIT Realty DTC. I specialize in helping sellers and buyers who are moving up, downsizing, want the WOW factor, seniors, and new construction. I serve in the beautiful Denver Metro area, including but not limited to Aurora, Parker, Centennial, Englewood, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Commerce City, Thornton, Brighton, and the surrounding areas of Colorado. I have been involved in real estate most of my life. My father is a builder, and my parents have multiple rental properties, which I was involved in. Then I decided to become a REALTOR(R). I have been selling real estate for over 12 years and have over 19 years of managing new residential construction projects. I have the education, skills, experience, and knowledge you want on your side when looking to sell and buy a home. EXIT Realty is an invitation-only for REALTORS(R), and I was invited in 2018. My husband and I have been together for 27 years and married for 23 years. We have two children, one in college, the other in high school, and a golden retriever. In January if this year, my husband and I said we would take a look at houses just to see if we could purchase one but it would be a miracle if something came up. Erin made our dreams a reality, and now we are in our first home! Her dedication to go above and beyond was incredible every step of the way. There were several times where we thought, "How does she do all of this... she must have other clients too!" And every time, she cheerfully said she loves her job.
