We'd like to take a moment to share our experience with our Realtor, Erin Mehojah. She was a sound voice in the chaos of listing, packing, staging and selling our Aurora home all within 3 weeks! In January if this year, my husband and I said we would take a look at houses just to see if we could purchase one but it would be a miracle if something came up. Erin made our dreams a reality, and now we are in our first home! Her dedication to go above and beyond was incredible every step of the way. There were several times where we thought, "How does she do all of this... she must have other clients too!" And every time, she cheerfully said she loves her job. I do not usually write reviews but I feel I need to write one for Erin Mehojah. Erin went above and beyond what I expected a real estate agent to do. She advised me in staging my home and was able to sell it in one day with multiple offers. Erin was such a pleasure to work and was responsive, professional, and passionate about her work. We also hired Erin to purchase our new build and she accompanied me to meetings with the builder and I felt very well represented as she guided me through the building process. Erin was amazing to work with. She found a buyer for our home. Even more impressive was the time and effort she took to show my husband and I homes, write up 4 contracts that we were out bid on and still took us out for more home shopping wrote a 5th contract for the home we are currently living in. She stayed up beat and kept us going through a very difficult housing market. My husband and I have only the utmost respect for Erin's professionalism and highly recommend her. We of course will use her in the future should we decide to move or purchase another property.

Last November 2021 I'd contacted Erin at Exit Realty for an advice on selling my house, so did it. we agreed to wait till January 2022 to sell, we set the listing about the first week of January. my house was sold in two weeks by the end of the month for more than what I was asking, So fast and clear deal and very professional

Erin is a wonderful human and excellent Realtor. Erin helped us sell our rental condo at the beginning of COVID. It was a challenging time navigating the rules, restrictions and constant change in information from the local government. Erin was wonderful with communication, making sure all the necessary supplies were at our property, scheduling showings and making suggestions. We had an occupant during all of this. Erin helped us navigate what we could legally require and what would be in the best interest for all of us. She eased the stress for all parties, especially us. Erin is the kind of person you want to keep in contact with. She has become a wonderful friend and we appreciate everything she did for us during that difficult time.
