We met Erin while viewing an open house. After only speaking with her for a short time it was clear she understood what we were looking for and within weeks we found and purchased our forever home. With Erin managing every step, the process could not have gone smoother. The only thing easier than buying our new home was selling our previous. Erin's network of skilled handymen helped us prepare our home for sale and once on the market, we received multiple offers in just a few days. Erin managed all requests and inspections along the way which included us leaving town for a couple weeks. We feel extremely lucky to have met Erin. I contacted Erin Kruse after searching online for a Realtor to assist me in marketing a family member's home. After explaining the circumstances to Erin, she offered several suggestions about how to proceed. She met with me at the property, recommended trusted contractors to make needed repairs, followed up on the progress being made.
