Erin helped to make a difficult time in our lives and pleasurable experience. After losing my mother-in-law earlier this year, we decided it was best to sell my spouse's childhood home. It was just too far away for us to maintain. Erin helped us with our home purchased in 2015 (5 years ago today actually) so we reached out to her for a referral, since the home was almost a 3 hour drive from Murfreesboro and in a remote small town. Erin was absolutely fantastic! She stayed in constant contact with me at all times and always made sure I was aware of every step. It is very obvious that she is dedicated to her job. During our appraisal we found out that a new negotiation was going to be needed because the house did not appraise for as much as we thought. Erin got right on it and had us a new contract within a couple of hours! Working with Erin felt like I was working with a close friend. She is so encouraging and optimistic.
