I hesitate to say just how good she is because you might think I'm a bot or being paid (neither). There are lots of reasons to choose her; here are the two most important: She has integrity in everything she does, not just real estate. She is absolutely the best marketing realtor I have ever seen. We had our home on the market on the MLS through an FSBO site. It sat there for 6 months: not one, single showing. From the very moment - literally - the listing went live in ErinLand (that's a virtual place, but it's For Real), we had so many showings our heads were spinning.
