About Erin Fernandez

Erin has served as a REALTOR on Florida's Space Coast since 2013, taking great pride in delivering exceptional service that not only fulfills her clients' needs but also surpasses their expectations. Driven by her desire to aid others, Erin worked as a Behavior Specialist for several years after graduating from Rutgers University. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she spent 15 years working for a family of national and international charities, fulfilling roles as both a Graphic Designer and Webmaster. With her wealth of experience, Erin brings a deep knowledge of the latest internet methods and marketing techniques to promote her listings and find the perfect homes for her clients. She and her family relocated to Brevard County in 2006 when her husband was stationed at Patrick Space Force Base with the military. Erin's family initially anticipated a short stay on the Space Coast until her husband's military career concluded. However, they quickly fell in love with the area's diverse attractions, including the beaches, shopping, hiking trails, and more. The Space Coast continually evolves in a positive direction, offering residents more opportunities to engage in art, history, recreation, and beyond. Erin's children have both since graduated from Viera High School, and she is delighted to call the Space Coast her "HOME."

If you are looking for a GREAT Realtor, then Erin is your first and ONLY choice in Melbourne. I'm sorry, you are wasting your time working with anyone else. Call her today. DO IT! You won't regret it. Erin showed us dozens of houses (no kidding!) all over Brevard County. She was always on time, up-to-date, and available for anytime with answers to our questions. She ALWAYS got back to us, no matter the time of day, weekends, holidays, whatever. She sent emails timestamped after 2 am, and she responded to texts early in the morning or late in the evening. We put offers on no less than NINE houses, and she was ready for more. She always was honest with us, never sugar-coated anything, but smiled throughout. We felt like we were her only client. Throughout our time together, we really felt like it was more than a business arrangement: we became friends.
