She was very helpful finding our house and we did find the best house on the market for the price range we had. She looked into anything and any time I tried to contact her she got back to me immediately. She was polite and she was very friendly. She listen to both of our request and she even came as a little gift When we closed on the house. Erin was extremely patient with us during our house search these last few months. We saw several houses and she guided us with purchase and sales process. 10/10 doesnt seem like enough, found my dream home after my kids have all moved out, she set up an apt. that day to veiw it. Everything moved so fast and I was suddenly settled in. She was there at my side to help me with all the electronic paperwork, taking away all the added stress. Now time to sell my big house! Erin walked me through the process gave me a fair starting point to list and listed off everything she knew would need to be taken care of at inspections, why not get it out of the way!
