Then some premises changed and I changed my mind from selling the house to lease it, without a question from Erin, she showed her full understanding of my situation and worked out all the leasing terms in detail with the tenant's agent (which could be a more complicated process than just selling the house). The commission was obviously merely a fraction of that of selling the house, but Erin had always been assuring me that she was there to help, making me feel most confident that everything will work out smoothly, and it did work out that way, peace in mind all the time!!
