Erika Smith I am 100% satisfied with how Erika Smith my realtor has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She has walked me through every process of buying my house and never gave up. She is a kind-hearted dedicated person. She is extremely understanding and knowledgeable I couldn't have done this without her being beside me all the way if I could give her more than a five star she would have a hundred Stars. One last thing I am now going to be first time home buyer and I did it myself with the help of my realtor and my broker. I am so thankful and grateful.

This was my first time buying a home and I knew very little about it. Erika walked me through every step and thoroughly explained every house, small details that I completely missed, important features I didn't think of and every document that I signed. She was so helpful and was there 24/7 if I needed anything (even a venting conversation) We were supposed to have a 45 day close and we closed in 35!!!!! Everything went so smoothly and even though I looked through all of the realtor websites myself, she found my home through her system! She has magic powers!!!
