Although these agents are very knowledgeable, and generally nice people, Id have to say that in my buying process, they fell flat I dont blame them for the issues I ended up having with my home, but I do feel the need to point out that when issues started to arise they never offered any help what so ever, but only to provide information over the selling party. Mr. Santana assured us that it was a good home and went as far as to check the house itself and recommend an inspector, all the while telling us things he noticed that needed fixing. Yet after many years in working in real estate didnt seem put off by the fact that the seller was complying with all our demands, never giving a second thought to why the were so accommodating. My husband and I ended up paying the price for that negligence. I would only really recommend them if youre looking for general information over the buying process, they are knowledgeable and always accessible when you have questions, but I would not buy a house with them ever again or even recommend them to a friend of mine. I really regret having listened when they were referred to me.
