ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Erika was absolutely horrendous. She was very rude and unhelpful, right from the start. Her first statement to me was ?you cannot buy a house here?. She also gave the sage advice that ?upgrades just aren?t worth it?. She refused to offer us a tour of the community, citing high gas prices and a disbelief that I would qualify for a mortgage. In the end, in communications I was conspicuously left off of, she misrepresented our agreement to titling, adding thousands and thousands of dollars to closing costs. I could not be more disappointed, and I am shocked in her lack of professional ethics. Stay away.

ZillowVERIFIEDErika was phenomenal. We found her online (Google Review) due to being out of state. We didn't know anyone in the real estate business, and she had great reviews. She gave us advice on getting a rental for a year (it helped) and was there every step of the way to our new home purchase during that following year. She called us well before we were ready to purchase and helped connect us with a lender. There were unforeseen challenges to getting our preapproval due to a new job. Her being so on the ball really kept the stress low on the whole process. Our second offer on a home was accepted in a very challenging buyer's market. (Closed May 2022) Not only that, but we also HAD to be in a particular school district (for our kiddos best interest and specific needs), one that was very small and really limited our search area. I cannot recommend her enough. She is very detailed, professional yet down to earth (will tell you what you need to hear) and proactive. She knows all the tricks of the trade and will get the job done.
