Erika contacted me about my home that expired off market. I had a terrible experience with my realtor before her and I was in no rush relisting although I wanted to sell. I texted her back, and Erika called me immediately to learn more about the home. She asked why my experience was poor before and it was nice to feel heard. My last agent advised me to complete all these repairs, dropped the price significantly to have the buyers terminate. 3 months in the hottest market and a lot of money and time lost. Erika was empathetic and assured me that my home should have sold and she would like to meet. The next day I met with Erika and she quickly assessed my home. I told her I wanted about 15K more than previously listed because of the work I did. I am not tech savy. She came to my home after printing all documents to review and sign with me. Home was relisted that Friday. She had professional photos done. She even had snacks and fresh flowers for those touring. She had an open house on Saturday and Sunday, and also cleaned the home and it smelled great. She called me to fill me in on the activity. Erika provided me a full price offer that Monday. Erika is super professional. She hosted a very busy open house, with soft music and light refreshments. During the open, she consulted with potential buyers and their agents and had comps printed and shared. She personally gave people tours highlighting the additionals I had on my home. Within one weekend, she presented me 7 offers.. on a spreadsheet extremely organized and discussed and explained each offer. Erika will ge the job done- I am very happy with her service.
