Being out of the country I could not be there for the selling of my property. Erika was my Realtor both for buying and selling of the apartment. She took care of the apartment as her own, and let me know what needed to be done in order to show well. When there was any issues with the building or the contract, she made sure it was taken care of. Kept me informed regarding Association and even spoke to the contractors who were working on the building. Next time for buying or selling, she is Agent again.

We 1st worked with Erica ten years ago in finding a beach side condo and she got us an excellent deal. When we rented the unit she found us fantastic long term renters. When we came to sell we chose Erika as our listing agent. We got a great offer but it became a difficult closing due to lender issues. Even though she did not represent the Buyer, Erica took the initiative to research and find another loan originator who did have the right lender for a successful closing. Erica was fantastic and I am sure that the Buyers were as delighted with the outcome as we were. Erica is an outstanding agent and our trust in her was always rewarded by her unique determination to go the extra mile and excellent understanding of the market.
