Man, where do I start. Erika was beyond amazing to work with! When I first started working with her, I was looking to buy a property in Houston but living out of state. I was also not very familiar with Houston. After identifying properties that I wanted to look at, Erika would do a virtual tour of the properties with me, send me a bunch of photos and videos, almost felt like I was doing the tours in person! She was also very responsive which was great as it had been a few years since I bought a home and I had a bunch of questions. Once I decided on the "perfect" home, Erika walked me through the entire process, was very thorough in going over the inspection report with me and made sure that everything was on track for my closing.
