If youre buying or selling, HIRE ERIKA!!! We have used Erika twice and will continue to use her any time were looking to buy or sell new property. We had a lot of roadblocks when trying to buy our new home (at no fault of Erika) and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Erika and her team did an outstanding job! She worked diligently and professionally in listing, marketing, and selling our property. When receiving an offer late in the evening she promptly forwarded it for our review. We wrote back with some questions after 10 pm hoping for an answer the following day. Erika replied immediately with a thorough, concise, and professional opinion on the offer and how to proceed. By 11pm we had a contract to sign and by midnight an accepted signed contract from the buyer. Yes, a Relator who is not only exceptional at marketing and selling homes but who also does what ever it takes to close the sale even if it means working until the middle of the night!
