I was referred to the Winegarden Team by my boss who also used them when buying his home. The team was very helpful in finding my first home for me. I looked at a number of homes in the southwest side of Minneapolis both houses that I suggested as well as they suggested to fit my needs. I worked with an associate of the team directly however both Erik and Greg called me on occasion to check in and see if there was anything that they could assist with. I would definitely use them in the future if for some reason I want to move out of my awesome bachelor pad.

I know everybody knows a guy in real estate, but if you want THE guy go to Team Winegarden!!! As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect, and had a ton of questions. Erik and his team were there for me every step of the way. They broke everything down so that I knew exactly where we stood in the process and answered my calls, texts, emails, tweets, and smoke signals immediately, no matter what time of the day. Buying a home can be stressful and scary, but Erik and his team made me feel so comfortable and excited about it all.
