Time is precious. Start talking with your agent (ME!) asap to coordinate how much time you have to prep your home for the market and what to complete, discuss your relocation plans especially when also purchasing, financing, and reviewing what to expect from the process.

My Father and Grandmother are real estate brokers. I knew for a long time that this will be a fulfilling job to apply myself to. Watching and listening to my Dad talk and negotiate with clients and other agents, the social aspect of the profession, along with my honest passion for advising people ethically have all culminated into who I am today.

Prior to acquiring my license, I found it incredibly beneficial and advantageous to learn a trade. Therefore I have an Associate Degree in Plumbing and HVAC, and am a Journeyman after completing a 5yr apprenticeship in the Plumbers / Pipefitters Local Union 524. Obtaining these required many hours on residential and commercial/industrial new construction jobsites allowing me to have advanced insight about the workings of a home or building.
