My husband and I were looking for a new realtor to sell our townhouse. Erik Taniguchi came highly recommended by our Mainland realtor. At our 1st meeting, we were immediately drawn to Erik. Erik is a very kind and humble person. He is exactly the kind of person we love working with! Erik talked to us about his experience and lifelong connection with Hawaii real estate. His parents were both realtors that owned their own real estate company. As a child, Erik found himself sitting in open houses with his parents :O) After inspecting our townhouse, Erik discussed what needed to be done in order to have it ready for listing and showing. After 15 minutes, we were confident that Erik was "Our Realtor"! Erik would be able to sell our townhome in a timely manner! Erik and his team handled everything! They arranged for cleaning and his team staged our home. Our home was listed on Sept 27th. Our 1st and only open house was on Oct 1st. Erik presented us with multiple offers on Oct 2nd. We accepted 1 offer on Oct 3rd! Our home sold in '6' days! Amazing! Going forward, we never worried about what step was next.
