This is the second time I have worked with Erik, so that should say it all. He knows what he is doing and works well with people like me who are hard to work with and wants things my way. Erik is the man for the job. Also he has a new protege Kate (plus 8) Scattarelli and she was great. Kate arranged and organized all the showing we were interested in attending. She was so easy to work with and was a great sounding board when we needed her to be. She has a great sense of humor and was able to handle my smart mouth and even give it back to me. Wow, wow, wow. It's so nice to work with a "real" personality in real estate. We liked that he was honest and never tried to put lipstick on a pig.
