I live in Golden with my incredible wife, little baby girl, Emily, and of course our two rescue pups. I love the large lots that lie in this area of Colorado as they give plenty of room for the dogs to roam, and my wife and I also maintain a 2000 sq. ft. aEUR~farm to table' garden. I have lived in Colorado since 2002 and spend all of my free time wandering the Rockies. Whether on Tele mark ski's, mountain or road biking, hiking another 14er, camping, trail running, or just going for an afternoon drive, the mountain lifestyle will always be a part of my life. If I could give more stars I would. We had a one of a kind property that no one believed in and this guy sold it!!!!! Erik is patient and resourceful to get the property sold! He gets the job done and figures out how to resolve any issues that arise. Highly recommend this company. The most important thing I can say about Erik is that he has integrity and is honest and I dont say that lightly. I hardly ever give compliments as I hold myself and others to high standards and hardly anyone meets this standards. Cant say enough other than you have to use him to sell your property. Also, Canyon title and all of Erik's support staff are very prompt in very helpful in getting any documentation to you. Amy was super easy and helpful to work with. Erik has a great team that understands the stress of buying/selling a house and they work with you to get the job done. Well done guys!

We worked with Erik to sell our house during Spring 2021 - he was on the ball during the whole process - extremely attentive, answered any questions that we had, and made us always feel like we were in confident hands. He made the process as quick and painless as possible, and got us 50k over asking price along with a few other awesome negotiations. The entire WISDOM team was also wonderful at communicating during the process, and leaving no room for surprises. Definitely recommend!
