We were looking for a realtor with experience and knowledge of Highland Park, since we chose to move there but needed a professionals help with neighborhoods, etc. We were referred to Erik by a colleague, and after a quick google search and glance at his website, we realized he's quite literally the best in the area. And it shows. He drove us all around Highland Park, Deerfield, etc explaining the history of the schools, local businesses, parks, etc, something only someone who has lived there their whole life could do. It got us so excited to move there and start our own memories. The biggest thing that stood out to me about Erik though is that yes, he's very successful and sells million dollar homes, but he treated us the same way he would treat clients with millions of dollars. We were definitely a smaller budget and commission for him, but his passion and determination for not only finding us the perfect house (something we didn't make easy on him, I was picky!) but making it a smooth transition, never let up and we are truly forever grateful. Erik is a breath of fresh air, a quick responder, a hilarious man who made this process FUN, and now, a friend.
