About Erik Fine
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania I am now happy to call Florida my home. I have owned many restaurants over the span of 15 years. Owning restaurants is how I developed a wide range of skills required to be successful, and a comprehensive understanding of the benefits of networking.
Since moving to Florida, I have become a real estate investor and have seen many transactions close. I previously held held a Mortgage Brokers License, and worked with a variety of loans, I have the experience and insight into all aspects of home ownership, financing and leasing options.
