Erik is truly one of the best south Louisiana has to offer! As a first-time home buyer, the entire home buying experience can be very intimidating. There are a lot of unknowns and it can even get stressful at times. Despite this, however, my home buying experience could not have gone any smother and I owe a lot of that to Erik! After discovering him through social media, Erik was attentive and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for as a homeowner. I was extremely impressed with not only his knowledge of the local area, but his general realtor and home buying expertise as well. Any doubt of cold feet I may have had was quickly overcame with excitement and anticipation. Erik will take your dream list and give you options that fit your wants and needs. He was very helpful with laying out pros and cons of each property and he gave great objective opinions when asked.
