For over 3 years looking for a house on Friday August 19th I closed on my house , thanks to Erick Howard who was my realtor agent , I remember texting Erick saying I see a house I would like to go see and no matter what he always asked me for the address so he could get access to the house no matter what time of day it was Erick always replied to my text and was always available to answer any questions I had and to get access so we could tour a house . I must say in those 3 year we toured many houses from the east side of Detroit to the west side , Grosse Point , Warren, Roseville and regardless of the weather rain , snow or the heat Erick always made it happen and now after the 3 years I finally got my house and we closed August 19 th and I want to say thanks Erick for sticking it out for the time .
