Her interest and passion in real estate was greatly sparked by her late father who was a real estate investor and developer in Jackson, MS. At a tender age, her father would take her to his properties. During this time she was able to learn how real estate properties were developed for the client's needs. She had first-hand experience on how to remove and install carpets, changing door knobs, installing ceiling fans among many other processes involved in the development of real estate properties. Her ability to quickly adapt and a penchant for excellence allowed her to quickly pick up the pace and join the real estate industry. When working Erica believes that when a client is looking for, buying or selling their home, he/she requires a dedicated professional who is experienced, understanding, solution orientated, committed to serving him and relatable with him. She thus utilizes this belief to understand what her client's need and to provide her clients with the in-depth information they need to make timely and accurate decisions. Prior to working as a realtor, Erica worked for 8 years as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. When she is not busy helping her clients, Erica enjoys spending time with her family.

Erica is the best Realtor I have worked with. I found her online because I wasn't local at the time. From our initial conversation she was eager to work with me. Her communication was exceptional and the process was smooth and seamless thanks to her expertise and connectedness she has in Mississippi. Even with the proximity it never felt like it was a long distance partnership. Thanks to her industrious, attentive, supportive, apt traits and experience we found a home in one day of me arriving in town and secured it 30 days later. You won't find anyone better in the area than Erica. She is very familiar with the geographic area as well as the real estate trends. We traveled from out of state and had a narrow window to look (just a few days). Erica was very available, responsive, and flexible with her schedule. Erica made the process more efficient by getting to know us and our preferences. She could eliminate possibilities that she knew we would not like or did not meet our needs. Erica was fantastic. We requested to view a property on a rainy Saturday and Erica met us 2 hours later and took us around looking at houses.
