Having Erica and Kerry help us find a home was a no brainer! In a sellers market we struggled for 4 months getting an offer accepted on a home throughout all parts of PBC. We changed from an agent I had used in the past to work with Erica and Kerry as we had heard their ability to close was impeccable. Initially, we had sought to work with Erica Wolfe as we had heard nothing but glowing reviews about Erica. We were not at all disappointed that we were transferred to her associate, Kerry though. Kerry was readily available to answer questions and conduct showings. Kerry was extremely helpful every step of the way. We were purchasing a home in Florida from the other side of the country. Felicia was fantastic. When there were signs our first offer on our house was going to fall through, she quickly reached out to us. Our other offer on the table had a bankruptcyaEUR"which we didnt feel comfortable with. She understood that! But then came the third offeraEUR"it was for 10k less than our first and the buyer was also asking for 15k in closing costs. That didnt stop Felicia from negotiating! All we told her is we couldnt lose out on that much money and to place it back on the market. However, instead, she was able to get them to come up 10k on asking price, only 5k in closing costs and a free rent back! Amazing!
