ZillowVERIFIEDErica Timko shared she had local knowledge of our area and was very confident on pricing our home. She underpriced it by $65,000. She got mad when I tried to offer her that info from the appraisal to help her for future clients. She then said false things in her emotional response for not hiring her. I do not recommend.
