Erica is a native Baltimorean and started her real estate career in 1997 when she founded ELS Property Management, Inc. She enthusiastically made the transition into real estate sales in 2005 with the passion and commitment of raising the bar in professionalism and becoming an industry leader while protecting the consumers' interest. Erica is the past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS(R), she's a past Board Member of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she's the past Chair of the Maryland REALTORS Annual Conference Committee (2012), Member of the Learn to Succeed Real Estate Conference & Expo for Belgrade, Serbia and recently (2020) appointed as a Board Member to the Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center.
