I'm not even sure where to begin with how wonderful Stephanie is and that if your in the market to buy or rent that you want her on your side. We just purchased a home and she was a huge role in our dream becoming a reality. From day one her positive energy was contagious and her knowledge in the field was very evident. My case was a fixed income low credit score scenario and I honestly thought I was just going to get a list of things I needed to fix to even look at a house but then we met Stephanie. After having a few other realtors try to help us and the circus we went through with them, on a chance phone call to one of her listings everything from that day turned around. She not only found us a home that fit our family's needs she went above and beyond what any realtor normally would to help us achieve the dream of home ownership. My case got a bit complicated and took more time then normal to settle but she stuck right by our side the whole way through the process and got the job done. Her experience and contacts she used proved invaluable in our case and owning our home would never have happened without her. We just can't recommend her enough or say enough good things about her to truly express our gratitude and thanks for how professional she was and how appreciative we are to have had her represent us during the home buying process. I literally gave up a time or two but stephanie with her positive attitude and professionalism would not accept that from us and continued to push on and in the end here I am looking out my front window this morning of my new home doing my best to return in anyway I can the gratitude and thanks owed to her for a job so well done I am having a hard time putting it all into words. I will be forever grateful for all the hard work she put into us and our dream.
