I recently had a tragedy in my immediate family and found myself in a position of selling a Spokane property willed to me. Since I now live in South Carolina, this presented many challenges. She was able to work with my estate attorney directly to make sure all the real estate assets were given an immediate valuation. This helped immensely with the execution of the will. She was able to find a buyer within a few days of listing and the sale price was higher than expected. Her kindness and attentiveness during this difficult time went way above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Erica made every effort to make a good result come from a tragic time in my life.
