As home buyers from out of the area, Erica familiarized us with PVB. She showed us several homes over several days. She texted us one night and said that a home was going on the market the next morning. We met her there, and within two hours we had our home! She facilitated the whole process. We closed in two weeks! Erica is extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She treated us like family, and at the end of the day we felt like we had won the lottery!!!
