We brought in Erica to sell our house at the price we wanted (you know how that is) and when there were no bites, after a few days, we dropped it to something still above the market rate and Erica had a buyer within a day or two. When that fell through the day before closing as they could not get financing, she was ever upbeat and get er done and had another very qualified buyer within a day. Erica chased all the needed requirements and complexities like a bloodhound through the various problems and issues and Covid complexities and delays until we closed yesterday. That included at least two unusual stratagems which I will not disclose, as maybe it is her secret recipe and tricks of the trade, but if she has a secret sauce, it has got to be her enthusiasm and determination. She knows the subject cold, and I cannot think of anyone else I would like in our corner if we were ever to sell again.
