About Erica Bruce

Erica is a New Hampshire native that grew up in a family of home builders. She has lived in both urban and rural areas of South Eastern New Hampshire. Her career in the medical industry has instilled in her a great deal of appreciation for detail and the needs of others. But it was her love for real estate and desire to work with people on a more personal level, that brought her over to the industry. Erica believes that in order to be successful in life you need to have honest communication. Understanding the unique and personal nature of each need, is the way to most effectively reach the desired outcome. That is why she loves real estate, specifically residential.
