About Eric Yoshimura

Helping clients sift through the significant info of buying and selling at a reasonably fast pace and make the most of their decisions is what I do best. Sometimes, it's just nice to have someone who can listen well and then help determine the safest way to achieve real estate dreams. For instance, my average days on market for sellers is 18 days. Plus, I'm a great resource as a buyer agent since I understand the nuances of the entire Coachella Valley and SoCal region. I was born to native Southern Californians in Los Angeles and have spent over 33 years in SoCal and has seen 4 different decades in the region; thus watching the greater Los Angeles area and desert areas change economically, culturally and architecturally. Everyone loves asking me about the California lifestyle and where to move, where to eat, where to visit, and fun places to see and be seen. The son of a Marine and a BSN, In my spare time I enjoy oil painting, drawing and writing for The Hollywood Times.

I cant thank Eric enough for the sale of my grandmas house and helping me and my mom find our forever home. He was able to close a good deal to get me my home I wanted so bad, cause in was in conjunction with the sale of my grandmas home.
