There were several challenges presented by our buyer along the way but were never daunting to Eric. His military background in The Marine Corps certainly came through as he showed perseverance and an excellent work ethic. I dont know if I have ever experienced such consistent and excellent communication with anyone in my life. Every time I would text or call him with a question, he would always respond within minutes, usually with a phone call to thoroughly explain the answer.
