Eric is one in a million, in the most literal sense. To be clear, what we were asking for just didnt exist, as our need to haves far outweighed our want to haves. Eric never once complained, in fact he was just as energetic and optimistic each time we went out for showings and always with the best sense of humor. Not only did he patiently bring us strong listings for TWO years, but he proactively searched for lots that could serve for a custom build. Which, in the end, was the route we took... but it wasnt going to be easy.The lot had multiple offers (some of which were aggressive developers) but Eric guided us on how to stand out and in the end, we won the final and best. Next, we had to scramble to list and sell our home. Eric was strategic in guiding us on how to update and dress up our home to sell. In just one weekend on the market we had 30+ showings, 9 offers, 5 of which were over asking. During the contract phase our buyer really pushed the envelope at times and Eric remained professional but firm, again guiding us on the best way to respond fairly. Not only is Eric by far a true master at his craft, hes thoughtful, patient, strategic, and even has a great sense of humor with a sprinkle of corny dad jokes.
