Eric was VERY patient with my husband and I. He explained to us every step with tons of clarification, and leaving us well informed when we didnt understand something. He always showed up on time to all of our house viewings as well. Eric was always our go to when we had questions, we felt super comfortable going to him when we needed anything. Oh! He was also very attentative to detail when it came to what we were looking for. Honestly, it seemed like he understood more of what we were looking for than ourselves! Eric was a great realtor. He was very easy to work with and will go to great lengths to help out in anyway he possibly can. He traveled from Cedar Lake to Crown point in the evening during one of, if not the biggest snow storms we had of 2021 so I could view the house. You wont regret it by having him represent you! ??
